Appointment Booking – Terms & Conditions

Important notice:

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between Mt Ida Print ("we", "our", "us") and the person or entity booking an appointment ("you", "your", "Customer"). Our services consist solely of a 60‑minute advisory consultation ("Complete Assessment") delivered at the scheduled date and time.

1. Definitions

Term Meaning
Appointment The 60‑minute Complete Assessment session you book.
Services Advice, opinions and answers we provide during the Appointment and any preparatory or follow‑up materials.
Booking Fee The price displayed at checkout and paid in full at the time of booking (non‑refundable).

2. Booking, Payment & Rescheduling

  1. Advance payment required. Appointment slots are reserved only after successful payment through our checkout provider (currently Stripe).
  2. No refunds. Because we review the information you supply and prepare customised materials in advance, all sales are final.
  3. Rescheduling. You may request a one‑time reschedule at least 48 hours before the original start time, subject to availability.
  4. Late arrival & no‑shows. Your Appointment will end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late or fail to attend, the remaining time is forfeited.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Accurate information. You must supply complete and truthful details in the pre‑Appointment questionnaire so we can prepare effectively.
  • Technical readiness. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and any required software to participate.
  • Compliance. You agree not to request or expect advice that is illegal, unethical or outside the scope of our expertise.

4. Nature of Advice & No Guarantee

  1. Informational purposes. All advice is based on (a) the information you provide in advance and during the session and (b) our professional experience of more than 25 years.
  2. No universal solution. Every situation is dynamic; results vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  3. Independent judgment. You remain solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as‑is" and "as available" without any warranties—express or implied—including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the Booking Fee you paid.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages—including lost profits, data, goodwill or business interruption.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.


8. Confidentiality

We treat information you share as confidential and will not disclose it except (a) with your permission, (b) as required by law, or (c) to defend against claims arising from the Appointment.


9. Intellectual Property

All materials we create (reports, slides, recordings) remain our intellectual property. We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use them solely for your internal purposes. Redistribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited without written consent.


10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
  • Any dispute shall be submitted to [email protected] in Mount Ida, Arkansas, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the moment of your booking will govern that Appointment.


12. Acceptance

By completing the checkout process you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
